Once again: marching music

What a crazy country! It's about 8:30 pm here in Panama City, Panama, and we can hear the sound of marching music from our apartment in the city center. This is now the fourth time bands with horns and drums play in the streets during the "month of the homeland" as they call November here. It's the first time they do it at night time though.
