My own template for Apple Aperture
Numerous posts on Apple's Aperture support forum talk about ideas and ways how to customize Aperture's web templates. The templates that ship with Aperture are quite simple and you can't change much via the UI. Besides of the comments on the forum I found a blog post describing in a bit more detail what you can do.
Basically you have to open Aperture's application package, find the templates directory and there you can modify existing templates or add your own. The biggest question that remains is whether the changes will survive updates of Aperture in the future.
After some experimentation I created my own template with custom elements that mimic the design of this blog. You can see the result on my photography page.
